Returns & Exchanges Policy (UK Based)

I am based in the United Kingdom and all orders are fulfilled in accordance with UK consumer law. This policy does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify me within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage (including packaging where relevant).

Where damage is confirmed, I will arrange a replacement of the same item where possible.

Returns

I do not accept returns for change of mind.

In line with UK consumer regulations, original artworks, paintings, limited editions, and open editions are generally treated as final sale items, particularly where they are made-to-order, limited, or bespoke in nature. This does not affect your rights in relation to items that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered only in the case of a mistaken item being sent (for example, incorrect artwork or edition). Please contact me within 5 days of delivery if this occurs.

International Orders

Buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Shipping

Orders under £20 are sent via untracked post. I am unable to provide tracking for these items or take responsibility for delays once dispatched.
